01 Surface preparation
- Scrap off damaged and floating parts of the base surface and use a circular grinder to make the surface smooth and even - V-cut in the place where the cracks are severe on the base surface, and fill it with a crack repair agent and use a high-pressure washer to remove foreign substances. - By mixing Mortar coat and Remital, adjust the water tilling while the water is collected on the substrate02 Waterproofing sheet attachment
- Lay on the completely hardened base surface with a 5mm gap between the curved point and the sheet and between sheets. - Insert the air passage connector between sheets at regular intervals. - Use a water can to pour Hi-powder waterproofing agent between the walls and between the sheets that is 5mm apart to adhere them. - Attach the sheet connecting tape to the connecting part glued with Hi-powder waterproofing agent, and press with a spatula to finish the seam.03 Hi-powder waterproofing agent application work
- After stirring Hi-coat (18L) + Hi-powder (14kg) with an electric mixer, apply 1~2 times on the waterproof sheet using a waterproof rake and a large brush. - The total thickness of the waterproofing layer should be 3mm or more including the sheet.04 Top coat (exposed)/pressed concrete (non-exposed) application
- When Hi-powder waterproofing agent is completely cured, apply the top coat with a ruler or brush. - When using a non-exposed method, place pressed concrete without a top coater.
